Dr. Bill Meadows is the Founder and Owner of Physicians Care, which is in its 18^th year of operation, as well as the Innovative Weight Loss Centers.  He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee School of Medicine, is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, a Certified Medical Review officer, and member of the AMA and American College of Occupational Medicine. Dr. Meadows was also the first president of the Urgent Care Association of America and is currently the Co-Director of National Healthcare for Fort Oglethorpe.

Dr. Patric went to the University of Rochester, School of Medicine for Medical School and graduated in 1976. After interning at The University of California – Los Angeles School of Medicine, he served his residency at The Merced Community Medical Center from August of 1977 July of 19.79. Dr Patric is board certified in Family Practice and has been the medical director for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, since 1996.
